Designed by Richard Rogers, with landscaped gardens surrounding a lake, it was named the country’s best workplace in 2006. It also won the British Council of Offices’ ‘Best of the Best’ award.
	Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road, London Palestra is the new headquarters of The London Climate Change Agency (LCCA) and is London’s first office block to have both wind turbines and solar panels. 14 wind turbines capable of generating 21KW of power and 63 KW of solar energy will combine renewables to generate four percent of the building’s energy.
	77 Grosvenor Street, London This prestigious office development in Mayfair achieved the highest office rent in the biggest letting seen for two years in May 2007. The building consists of 57,500 sq ft of premium office space in a prime West End location.
