Overview

An important new landmark for sustainable and affordable energy for one of London’s major urban development areas. This building will serve combined heat and power to 15,700 new homes and 300,000sqm of office space including the O2 Arena. Located near the Blackwall Tunnel the building has technically advanced boilers to distribute heat energy via a district heating network.
