Overview
This development comprised demolishing the existing structures and redeveloping four multi-storey blocks of 9, 11, 32 and 42 storeys containing 578 residential apartments. It will also have commercial shopping on the ground floors and underneath on the lower ground, double-depth car parking, cycle storage, energy plant rooms and refuge areas.
Pipe Solutions were asked very early on in the project in 2018 to assist in the advice on pipework expansion control by pipework contractor Ampsail Ltd. The project has been delayed somewhat due to Covid but is due to be handed over before the end of 2022.
